Daily Rates Include:

- Hunting license fee
- All pre-hunt preperations
- Services of a professional hunter, trackers, skinners and driver
- Four wheel drive (4x4) hunting vehicle
- Field preperation of trophies & delivery to local taxidermist
- Luxurious accomodation on reserve
- All meals & beverages
- Transport by road to and from Johannesburg International Airport
- Daily maid and laundry service
- VAT on daily rates & Trophy fees

Daily Rates Exclude:

- Transport costs from abroad to Johannesburg International Airport and Airport taxes
- International phone call and faxes
- Insurance and medical expenses of any kind
- Taxidermist fees and shipping of trophies
- Import permits and fees required by other countries
- Sight seeing excursions
- Gratuities to camp staff
- Trophy fees for game wounded or taken and lost
- Accomodation expenses before and after the scheduled trophy hunting period

All Hunts are a minimum of 5 nights stay

Deposit
50% deposit of the total cost of the Daily Rates are required to confirm a booking.

All trophies wounded or lost will be paid for in full.

Cancellations
If you cancel more than 120 days prior to the commencement of your safari, 50% of your deposit will be refunded.
Less than 120 days prior to your safaris – NO REFUND will be made.
If we have confirmed your safari and you wish to reschedule, every effort will be made to accommodate you.
